Privacy Policy

We use the principles of transparency, necessity and security to explain how Tuleer handles account information, service logs and website visitors' data that users choose to access.

The policy is based on existing rules for the protection of personal information and network data. As a web-based statistical platform, we process both the account information of registered users and their access data generated by statistical websites according to user profiles. Website operators are still required to inform visitors and other statutory obligations regarding their own data-processing activities.

1. Scope and processing roles

This policy applies to the Tuleer network, the user console, statistical scripts, collection interfaces and service-related support and security activities.

For account registration, log-in security, orders and platform operating logs, we decide on the purpose and manner of handling the services to be provided and protected. For visitors' data generated by the installation of statistical scripts by users on their websites, it is usually up to the website operator to determine the purpose of access, how events are configured and used, and we process the data to the extent necessary to provide statistical services.

Information we do not collect by default

Standard statistical scripts do not read form input, password, bank card information, web-page business memory, or record keyboard input, mouse track or full page session. Users may not upload sensitive personal information on their own initiative through custom events.

3. Purposes and legal bases for processing

  • Creation and maintenance of accounts and completion of identification, log-in, security verification and member interest management;
  • Receiving, queuing, collating and displaying website access data, providing real-time visitors, trends, sources, pages, equipment and target analysis;
  • Verification of site sources, limitation of abnormal frequency, identification of misuse, troubleshooting and protection of accounts and systems;
  • Processing of packages, orders, payment status, after-sales support and service notifications;
  • (a) To comply with legal obligations, to respond to requests made by authorities in accordance with the law and to defend the legitimate interests of the platform and its users;
  • The quality, capacity and performance of functions are assessed and services improved after de-marking or aggregation.

We will deal with the relevant information on the basis of obtaining consent, necessary for the performance of the contract, fulfilment of legal obligations, response to public health or emergency security situations, processing of publicly available information in accordance with the law and other circumstances permitted by the law. We shall obtain separate consent, which is required by law.

4. Storage locations and retention periods

  • Accounts and web site configurations are usually kept during the life of the accounts; write-off is subject to deletion or anonymity within a reasonable period of time, except as required by law and regulations.
  • Access statistics are stored according to the data retention period of the current user package; the data will enter the clean-up process upon the expiration of the package, the termination of the account or the expiry of the retention period.
  • The statistical message queue is used only for stept processing, normally for a maximum of 72 hours, and is confirmed and cleared by the Queue Rule when successfully written in the statistical store.
  • Security, auditing, order and dispute handling records are kept for the shortest period necessary to safeguard security, fulfil legal obligations and resolve disputes.

Current service is based on the principle of treatment within the People ' s Republic of China. If it is necessary to provide personal information abroad in the future, we will comply with the law by giving notice, obtaining the necessary consent and completing the corresponding compliance procedures.

5. Processors, sharing, transfers, and disclosure

We do not sell personal information, nor do we use website visitors' data for third-party advertising. In order to provide services, infrastructure, payments, mail or technical support services may be provided with information necessary for the performance of specific tasks and their handling may be regulated through contracts, security assessments and minimal authority.

We will not provide data to other personal information processors, except to obtain a valid authorization, to perform a contract, to reorganize a business, to protect a significant legal interest or to provide for it by law or regulation. In the event of a merger, separation, acquisition or transfer of assets, we will require the recipient to remain bound by this policy or else re-acquire consent in accordance with the law.

In principle, we do not disclose personal information. Where disclosure is required by law, the impact will be assessed and the necessary procedures will be carried out in accordance with the law.

6. Data security measures

  • Account passwords are stored in invertable hashs and in encrypted storage in sensitive configurations such as proof of payment;
  • Risk reduction through HTTPS, source validation, access control, session protection, one-off machine verification and request frequency limits;
  • Accounts, websites and statistics are segregated by privileges and locations, and internal troop listings, caches and database services limit network access;
  • Information confirmation, batch writing, log audit, unusual monitoring and necessary backup to safeguard data integrity and availability;
  • In the event of a security incident that may affect the interests of the user, remedial measures and notification or reporting obligations are taken in accordance with the law.

No security measure can guarantee absolute security. Users should also use high-intensity, unique passwords to secure their login status and process unusual access in a timely manner.

7. Your personal-information rights

Within the limits of the applicable legal provisions, you may request access to, copy, correct, supplement or delete personal information, withdraw consent-based authorizations, cancel accounts or request an explanation of the treatment rules.

Some account information can be directly modified in the user panel. Requests that cannot be completed by themselves can be contacted through the channels at the end of this policy. In order to protect the security of the accounts, we may verify our identity prior to processing. We will explain the reasons for the failure or inability to respond in accordance with the law.

8. Choices for visitors to tracked websites

  • The statistical script respects the browser 's Do not Track settings; when enabled, the script will not send a statistical event.
  • Visitors can remove locally stored anonymous visitors and session identifiers from the browser; this may result in new random markings.
  • Visitors who wish to query or delete data related to a particular website should contact the website operator as a matter of priority. The Platform will provide the necessary assistance upon receipt of a certified legal request.

9. Children’s information

The Platform does not provide self-registration services for minors under the age of 14. The website operator who handles information on minors through a self-defined event shall obtain the consent of the guardian and take special protection measures in accordance with the law. Contact us when information about minors is discovered without proper authorization.

10. Policy updates

We may update this policy as a result of legal changes, service adjustments or security practices. Major changes are notified by reasonable means, such as page tips, station announcements or registered mailboxes, and are re-approved when required by law. The top of the page will indicate the latest date of update.
